Our goals are to assist you with building your home.  We will help you find the right subcontractors for your home.  We will go through all of the details and pricing together.  We would work with your bank and be your general contractor.  You will have as much or as little involvement as you choose to have.  After all, it is your new home!  

Are you just looking for someone to build your new home while you sit back and watch? 

We would be happy to help.  In this case,  we would help find the right builder for you.  We would help you with land, design a plan, break down the desired features and product, help get quotes from local builders that best meet your needs, evaluate the quotes and help you choose the best fit.  We would work as your agent.

Do you have a house to sell? 

Great, we are licensed Realtors.  We are members of the local MLS, Northeast WI, Manitowoc County Board  and with the South Central Board.  We have great listing rates being a smaller personal company.  We have resources for advertising and showcasing your home so you can move on & into that new home.

Not sure where to start? 

If you need to find a building location; we can assist with finding lots or the ideal location for your new home.  Have land but need it divided or to merge parcels together; we have experience working with local towns to get this accomplished.  Need to know what to do first; we have helpful tips and techniques to get you organized and started.  We are here to assist & look forward to hearing from you.

Do you have a floor plan?
If you are looking to build a new home but don't have a plan, let our design team help you put your dream together.  We can help with ideas, room sizes, layout, selection & design.  Once we have a plan drawn up, we will price it out with all of the features you are hoping to see in your new home.  We will take you through step by step.
